Shenandoah Framing, Inc. is a wholesale supplier, requiring a Federal Tax Identification Number to open an account. Shenandoah Framing, Inc. does not sell to individuals. Call us for the contact information of retailers near you who carry our products.
Product Lines
Shenandoah Framing, Inc. is a full-line distributor of Presto Frame. All other lines in our inventory are partial, individually selected for, and at times by, our customers.
By clicking “Catalog: . . . ” this takes you to that supplier’s website. For most suppliers, we do not carry every item shown. To find out if we stock a particular moulding, go to “Search All Mouldings” and enter that number.
Guarantees
Complete satisfaction. It is our responsibility and goal to provide our customers with the highest quality products possible—products that are unconditionally guaranteed as to quality and workmanship.
Our joined frames are cut and the ends are stained before assembly depending on coloration. Then they are glued and V-nailed for the tightest, cleanest corners.
Wood is a variable material. Due to grains and moisture content at the time of finishing, finishes may vary. We are not responsible for slight color changes or finishes.
We reserve the right to make changes in color or material and to discontinue any item.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, whenever possible, prior notice will be given.
Ordering/Shipping
Time: Length and chops are shipped the same day if ordered before 11:00 a.m. Normally, ready-made and joined frames are shipped in 2-5 days. Allow a few extra days in the fall season.
Moulding lengths: We can ship up to 9’ lengths by FedEx. Standard cutting is 46”. Additional handling/oversize charges are in effective after 48” including box size. WE WILL DO STRAIGHT-CUTS AT LENGTH PRICING TO AVOID OVERSIZE CHARGE.
Freight charges: If shipped by common carrier, freight charges are collect. If shipped by FedEx, freight charges are added to invoice.
Drop shipments: If a moulding is out of stock or a non-stock item, your shipment may be drop shipped. Customer also pays drop shipping cost.
Drop shipments from Presto for length orders will be filled as close to requested quantities as possible; however, they do ship in full packs only (16-32 feet in each bundle), depending on the width of the moulding. All orders for Presto Oval, Circle and Ready-Made frames are drop shipped.
Damages and shortages: All items are double-counted when boxed so shortages should not occur. However, if you have a shortage, please contact us immediately so we may expedite replacements. If FedEx or other courier damaged, contact us immediately and save all original merchandise and packaging for inspection and pickup.
Replacements: Inspect goods upon receipt. Requests for replacements must be made within ten (10) days of invoice date. No refunds on (a) any length that has been cut, unless cut at our warehouse (b) any moulding which has been altered or refinished (c) moulding that has been papered, etc. so that it cannot be resold. Replacements are shipped by same service as original order unless customer pays the difference.
Order procedure: All chop, joined and readymade frames are cut to the rabbet size plus 1/8 allowance. Shadowboxes are cut to glass size plus allowance. All orders are read back for verification. Please listen carefully and corrections will be made at this time. Once your order is confirmed, this is your acceptance that the order is correct. We cannot accept returns on size, styles, or cutting instructions once your order has been shipped if accepted as correct. You are highly encouraged to fax your orders to ensure accuracy.
Additions to orders: We will gladly accept additions to orders until the time the order is boxed. However, additions may slow down the order processing time.
Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, EST.
7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday, EST
Terms
Net 30 terms are available, when requested, and subsequent after the first order. Unless otherwise established, 1st order requires credit card or COD.
VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
You must have a tax resale number. We cannot sell to individuals.
Accounts with balances over 30 days will be shipped COD only. No new orders will be shipped on accounts past due over 45 days. Accounts past due will be charged 1.5% finance charge monthly.
To establish an account, we require owners to complete and return our Customer Information Sheet.
No discount is allowed when prior invoices due remain unpaid. Checks not honored by the bank will be subject to a $30 processing fee and the account will be placed on cash terms. In case of proof of bank error, these fees may be waived.
If any charges are placed for collection, all costs and expenses incurred in collection, including attorney fees and collection agency fees will be included in any judgement rendered.
Past-due amounts may be billed against your credit card.

Length: over 250’-10%, over 500’, 15%
Chops: 10 frames-10%, 20 frames-20%
Ready-Mades: 10% off of the joined price: minimum 3 (same size & style number)
